Augusta man charged with shooting ex-girlfriend
AUGUSTA, Ga. - An Augusta man wanted for shooting at his ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend is in jail.
Charles Warney was arrested Sunday. Deputies say he broke into his ex-girlfriend's home and attacked her last week when she refused to let him inside.
Investigators tell us Warney fired shots at his ex-girlfriend and current boyfriend as they tried to run from the home.
