AIKEN, S.C. - It's not what Henna Chevrolet-Cadillac in Aiken wanted to hear.

Monday, the dealership found out it is not one of many expected to get its franchise back from General Motors. The owner tells us the fight is far from over though.

The dealership will go to arbitration, armed with a lawyer and the support of 3,000.

"There's almost 200,000 people in [Aiken County], and it's a large area, so why would they not do it? It's beyond me," said Jimmy Scott, owner of Henna Chevrolet-Cadillac.

We also learned Johnston Motor Company in Edgefield County is another local dealership that did not regain its franchise status.
